"I thought it was a fun, thought-provoking exercise. The most transformational part for me was the idea circles, where it helped me have a different perspective on an issue I’ve been struggling with. So now, instead of thinking of that topic as scary, I’ve found positive aspects of the issue that energize me and give me hope about it. I also thought you were a great facilitator, able to respond to wayward comments and support on-target comments with equal aplomb, keep us moving through the process and making sure that we were on track with the exercises and the time."

"Today's session far exceeded my expectations. It brought out things that have been cobwebbed in my being for quite some time, and got me motivated to get busy. I've already added a lot of thinking to what I declared on my sheets today, and feel much less stressed about tackling my goals. Thank you so much for your leadership in this innovative experience. It was eye opening for me to observe the concerns of the other participants, also. I'm so glad my journey through all those problems is over."

"I was struck with the simplicity of what I could do. What I mean is this---dividing up short term and longer term goals made the immediate goals seem far more doable. I also liked that the exercise was a look back in time, back into dreams from many years ago and bring them forward to a place where I felt like 1. I need to start doing the immediate goals (which I am working on at present) 2. a sense that the dreams of past years can still be dreams of present years."

"The seminar was great! I think you've really got something here. I was leery about the magazine clipping at first, but as I look at the result (just to my right as I type this) it was surprisingly inspiring. The guided discussion/feedback process was by far the most interesting part... to hear how everyone was interfacing with this. It's also the place where you as the moderator were able to begin to really work the more nuanced aspects of what you're doing. The process really seems to occupy the space right smack dab between the left and right hemispheres of my brain."

"I think you have inspired me to do a little soul searching this weekend with your discussion of "a life process". It has been too long since I have really considered much about my future. I tend to live in the moment, which has its benefits, but can also be misleading too. This weekend will be spent contemplating much more than the moment."

"The dreamprocess definitely surpassed my expectations and could be useful in different areas of my life (family, personal, professional). I love that the process tapped into people's subconscious and that many seemed to discover surprise dreams they hadn't articulated before or maybe weren't even quite aware of."

the dreamprocess
Where dreams become goals for the real world
"This is a must attend event for everyone when the next dreamprocess seminar is offered. Everyone and I mean everyone MUST have goals. Because goals are merely the future planned out today. Want to know what you future will look like? Set goals, reasonable goals and then go do it. With Mike Balin's dreamprocess, he shows us that not only is it fun to make goals, he shows us how to reveal our inner selves.Who we are, things we want, who we would like to become. As a result of his seminar, I feel recharged and psyched to push my personal envelope to heights I KNOW can be achieved."
