Workshops that transform
The dreamprocess evolved organically during the past twenty years from a simple list of goals and timeframes, to what today consists of a fun, highly visual and easy-to-use framework that brings together goals, dreams and ultimately helps you achieve results.
Step 1: Dream
Identify dreams (the waking kind) - looking at your past, present and future hopes, dreams and goals. At first you might think you're back in elementary school as we work with old magazines and scissors to identify images that resonate with you and those sitting around you at the table.
Step 2: Process
Anchor themes to timeframes - so often we think of an idea, but nothing happens. One key reason is we fail to anchor these ideas or themes to specific timeframes, and do this in a way that's not overwhelming. Here we use a time-tested approach to identify things we want to experience or accomplish, then map them out and prioritize by timeframes -- all the while focused on where our lives are today.
Step 3: Act
Establish momentum for the long-term - The visual elements now integrate with the goals you have already prioritized, by incorporating them into a dreamboard that you can review and revise as often as you wish.

The power of this approach lies with identifying your hopes, dreams and goals across personal, spiritual, family, career, health, fun and other domains in a way that's fun to do and easy to manage. Sometimes new themes emerge, but other times ones that have remained dormant for many years resurface in new and often transformative ways. These are always tied to specific timeframes and priorities so you keep focused on achieving and tracking the results that matter (please see the Testimonials page for more on this).
Foster balance across several aspects of your life - At the same time, we bring focus to these goals across career, family, health, spiritual and other dimensions of your life so that you can see what areas are -- or are not -- in balance. For example, doing this exercise may help uncover you have too many goals identified with career, and that going forward you may want to introduce more things that nurture more spirit, family or fun in your life.
